All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation with your unique tracking number the moment your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

**2. Shipping Timelines**
Because we source our premium LED products directly from specialized international manufacturing partners, please allow **7 to 15 business days** for your order to arrive at your destination within the United States. 

**3. Shipping Rates**
* **Standard Insured Shipping:** FREE on all orders.
* **Priority Insured Shipping & Handling:** $4.99 (Includes dedicated package loss and damage protection).

**4. Customs & Import Duties**
LUMIGLOW is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or import fees applied to your order during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
